All services are customized based on client goals, scope, and agreement.

2. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree to:

Not attempt unauthorized access to our systems

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging Relvixis for digital services must:

Provide accurate and complete business information
Review and approve content, designs, or strategies in a timely manner
Comply with applicable advertising, industry, or platform guidelines (e.g., Google, Facebook)
Ensure their website or assets are not used for unlawful or unethical purposes

Failure to comply may delay or impact service delivery.

4. Payment Terms

All services are billed based on the agreed proposal or monthly retainer
Invoices are payable within 7–14 days unless otherwise specified
Late payments may result in service suspension or late fees
Recurring services (e.g., monthly SEO, PPC) auto-renew unless canceled with notice

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and other agreed methods.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Services may be canceled with written notice, subject to contractual terms
Completed work or hours already spent are non-refundable
Prepaid services or retainers may be refunded at Relvixis’ discretion, less any applicable fees
For subscription-based services, a 30-day cancellation notice is required

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All business information, strategies, and data shared with us remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law or authorized by you in writing.

7. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

Relvixis may use third-party services or platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, WordPress) to deliver or optimize your campaigns. While we use only trusted partners, we are not responsible for changes, outages, or issues caused by third-party systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

Relvixis is not liable for:

Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
Delays caused by third-party services or client inaction
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for services rendered during the past 3 months.

9. Disclaimer

All services are provided “as is.” While we use best practices and industry expertise, we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., #1 Google ranking), as outcomes may depend on factors outside our control (algorithm changes, competition, client compliance).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.

11. Modifications to Terms

Relvixis reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with the revised effective date.
